This building is a familiar site to many alumni for two reasons. Older alumni will remember it as the university president's residence, a function it served from the 1940s until 1988 when it was known as the Curtiss House. Alumni who attended Kent State since then will know it as the Williamson Alumni Center, a place where Kent State alumni and friends of all ages are always welcome when they come back to campus.
